Do Not Sell My Info
The short version
We do not sell your personal information. We never have. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not trade it for anything.
The longer version
Some state privacy laws give residents the right to tell a business not to sell or share their personal information. HVM is a one-person Pennsylvania firm and, as of the date above, is below the size thresholds that make those laws apply to us. We follow the spirit of them anyway, because it is the right way to run a business.
What we do with your information is described in full in our Privacy Notice. In one sentence: we use what you tell us to match businesses with our clients or to run our clients' advertising, and we share a business's details only with the single company it is matched to, and only after that business signs a consent.
Record your preference
If you would still like it on file that you do not want your information sold or shared, email hypervaluemarketing@gmail.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell" from the address you gave us, or text "Do Not Sell" to (267) 227-4714 from the number you gave us. We will confirm within 30 days and note it in our records. You can write in English or Spanish. There is no form, no account, and no verification beyond replying from your own address or number.
