Privacy Notice
This notice explains what we collect when you use this website or our forms, why we collect it, who sees it, and how to have it corrected or deleted. It is written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email, call, or text us and we will answer in English or en español.
Who we are
Hyper Value Marketing LLC ("HVM," "we," "us") is a Pennsylvania limited liability company working with companies across the United States and overseas. We do two things: we find, screen, and introduce businesses to companies that sell to other businesses, and we plan and run advertising for companies of every kind. Our clients pay us for that work. Businesses we introduce never pay us.
What we collect
When you fill out a form. Our two forms ask for: your name, your business name, your email, your phone or WhatsApp number, your preferred language, your website or store link, what you sell or what you need, how you found us, and your answers to a few yes/no questions about your business. Everything you type is something you chose to tell us. We never ask for card numbers, passwords, or government ID numbers — please do not send them.
When you book a call. Booking runs on Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email, the time you picked, and your answers to the pre-call questions, and sends them to us.
When you call, text, or message us. Our business line is (267) 227-4714. We see your number, your name as you set it, and what you send.
When you message us on WhatsApp. We see your number, your name as you set it, and what you write. WhatsApp is run by Meta and has its own privacy terms.
When you just browse. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. It records an anonymized IP address, your device type, and your rough location (city level). We do not use it to identify you. There is no advertising tracking on this site.
If you hire us to manage ads. With your written permission we access your advertising accounts on Google, Meta, TikTok, or AI platforms. We see the account data those platforms show — spend, impressions, clicks, conversions — and nothing about your individual customers beyond what the platform reports in aggregate. The accounts stay yours; the platforms' own privacy terms apply to them.
Why we collect it
- To understand what you sell or what you need, so we can decide whether we can help.
- To match a business with a client whose written profile it fits, and to make that introduction.
- To reply to you, schedule calls, and relay messages between you and a company or business you are working with.
- To keep a record of who introduced whom — every introduction is logged in a register the client and we can both see.
- To plan, run, and report on advertising if you hire us for that.
- To send you invoices and reports if you are a client.
- To understand which pages on the site are useful.
We do not use your information for anything else without asking you first.
Who sees it
- Us. HVM is a one-person firm. Your information is seen by the person running it.
- The company you are matched with. If you are a business that asked us for a company to work with, we share what you told us with the one company we match you with — and only that one — after you sign a short consent. If you are a client, what you told us about your ideal customer is shared with no one; we use it to screen introductions.
- The tools we run on. Jotform (forms), Calendly (booking), Google (email, Drive, Analytics), Cloudflare (website hosting), WhatsApp/Meta (messaging), the advertising platforms named above if you hire us for ads, and our payment platforms for client invoicing. Each holds only what it needs to do its job under its own privacy terms.
- Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We would disclose it only if a law or court required it, or to protect someone's safety.
Where it lives and how long
Your information is kept in access-controlled Google Workspace accounts and in the tools above, all with unique logins and two-factor authentication. We keep form submissions and call records for as long as we might work together plus three years, so that we can answer questions about past introductions. Client records are kept as long as our agreement and applicable tax law require. Then we delete them.
Your choices
- See, fix, or delete. Email hypervaluemarketing@gmail.com from the address you gave us and tell us what you want. We will confirm within 30 days. If you ask us to delete, we delete everything except what we must keep by law or under a signed agreement, and we tell you what that is.
- Stop hearing from us. Reply "stop" to any message, or email us. We do not run mailing lists, so this is rare.
- Don't want to use a form? Email or WhatsApp us instead. Same information, your choice of channel.
- Do Not Sell. We do not sell personal information. Our Do Not Sell My Info page explains how to record that preference anyway.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think we have, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this notice, the date at the top changes and the new version replaces the old one on this page. If a change affects how we use what you already gave us, we will email you first.

Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, ChatGPT, and OpenAI are trademarks of their respective owners. Hyper Value Marketing is an independent agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
